We’re opening a new cafe in Burwood in late September/early October, and we’re looking for passionate Baristas to grow with us! If you take pride in every cup you pour, understand your gear inside and out, and love being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you. What we’re looking for: -Coffee Mastery: You truly understand your espresso machine and dialling in your grinder to consistently serve top-tier coffee. -Team Player: You’re ready to jump in where needed—from front-of-house hospitality to supporting the crew during peak rushes. -Brand Builder: You're excited to bring positive energy and help shape the culture of a fresh, new venue from day one.
