About the role
Sunlite Mitre 10 is one of Australia's most awarded independent Mitre 10 groups, with stores right across Sydney, and we're on the lookout for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager ready to build a real career with us.
Day to day, you'll lead from the front. That means coaching and developing your team, delivering great customer service, driving sales and store presentation, managing inventory and merchandising, helping out with recruitment and training, and keeping the store safe and well run.
This role suits someone with at least two years' retail leadership experience, strong people skills and a positive, hands-on attitude. Hardware experience is a bonus, but we're just as happy to hear from people with a supermarket, trade or other customer-focused background. You'll need Australian work rights.
