New IGA Local Grocer – Aratula An exciting opportunity exists to join the leadership team of a brand-new IGA Local Grocer opening in Aratula. We are seeking positive, hands-on leaders and proactive leaders for the roles of Store Manager and Department Managers. About the Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, helping shape the culture, standards, and success of a brand-new store. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high merchandising standards, leading and developing team members, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of your department or the store. Store Opening & Commencement Dates The new IGA Local Grocer is scheduled to open in late December 2026. Successful applicants will commence employment in Early December 2026 (TBC) and will be actively involved in the store fit-out, merchandising, stock setup, systems implementation, recruitment support, and all aspects of pre-opening preparation. Management team members will also have the opportunity to undertake training within an established IGA store (prior to Aratula’s opening) to gain valuable operational experience and ensure a successful store launch.
