We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Retail Assistant to join our growing team at Coomera. We're more than just your average supermarket! With a bustling café, fresh food offerings and a strong focus on customer service, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude. Operate registers and handle transactions accurately. Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays. Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and general store operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Assist across different departments, including our café and fresh food areas when required. What We're Looking For Previous retail or supermarket experience preferred. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Reliable, punctual and willing to take initiative. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and varying shifts. A team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
