Assistant Store Manager

We're a small, independent grocery store looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be helping run the floor, keeping shelves stocked and tidy, looking after deliveries, handling the till, and jumping in wherever you're needed. You'll also support the managers with ordering, and keeping the team on track. We're after someone reliable who genuinely enjoys working with people, both customers and staff. A bit of retail or supermarket experience would be ideal, along with a good eye for detail and the confidence to take charge when things get busy.
