Produce Manager – Barwon Heads IGA Take over the IGA Produce Department of the Year. Our team was named IGA Produce Department of the Year in the medium store category for 2026, and we want someone who'll keep raising that bar. If you take pride in fresh, full, beautiful displays and want to work somewhere that's already proven it does produce properly, this is the role. You'll be running the department that sets the tone for the whole store, in a coastal town where locals and summer visitors notice quality.
