Store Manager

We're on the lookout for a Store Manager to run the show at our Zuccoli IGA. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be looking after the team, keeping shelves stocked and presentation sharp, managing orders and stock levels, and making sure every customer who walks in gets a friendly welcome. You'll also keep an eye on the day-to-day numbers and sort out the little things before they become big things. We're after someone who's reliable, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Previous retail or supermarket experience is a must, and some leadership experience would put you in good stead. The best part about working here is that we're a local, independent store. You're not a number in a big chain. Your ideas matter, and you'll see the difference you make every single day. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
