Internal Sales - Trade

We're on the hunt for our next customer service superstar to join Kings TradeHub out at Ebenezer. Our TradeHub is the dedicated sales team looking after our trade customers, and it's all about helping builders save time on-site and making dealing with Kings as easy as possible. Day to day, you'll be looking after trade customers over the counter and on the phone, sorting out orders, answering questions and making sure our builders get what they need without the run-around. It's busy, hands-on work where no two days are quite the same. You'll suit this role if you've got solid customer service experience, or some previous trade background of any kind. A friendly, can-do attitude goes a long way here. Weekend availability isn't essential but can come in handy at times. We're a local business that genuinely looks after our people and our customers, so if you like being part of a tight-knit team, come and have a yarn.
