Store Manager

Come and lead our award winning supermarket right in the heart of Hawks Nest. As Store Manager, you'll run the day-to-day operation of the store, keeping every department well presented, fully stocked and delivering the fresh food and friendly service we're known for. You'll be on the shop floor each day, leading your team, driving sales, managing ordering and replenishment, and keeping a close eye on stock control, waste and gross profit. This role suits someone who loves leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team. You'll need solid supermarket management experience, ideally in an independent or IGA store, along with hands-on knowledge of WorldSmart systems and our fresh departments including Produce, Meat, Deli and Bakery. The best part? You get a rewarding leadership role combined with the relaxed lifestyle of one of the loveliest coastal spots in NSW.
